Here at Laugh Labs Design, we want you to enjoy your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your product, our store is here to help.

Returns

  • Timing: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Product Condition/Packaging:

    •  Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

    • Note: Returns without original packaging OR proof of purchase are unable to be accepted.
  • Shipping/Other Fees: Physical products will have free return shipping as well as no restocking fee.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:

    • Gift cards

    • Downloadable digital products

    • Personalized or custom-made items

    • Clearance or final sale item

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at laughlabsdesign@outlook.com with photos of the issue.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us at laughlabsdesign@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the item back within 14 days of receiving our instructions.
