Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Domestic (within Canada): 3–7 business days

    • International (outside Canada): 7–21 business days (may vary depending on customs processing)

Free Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within Canada.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Delays & Customs

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or customs inspections.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery at laughlabsdesign@outlook.com with your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll work to resolve the issue.
